Hire Charges for Single events
Charges listed are per hour and there is a two hour minimum rental for the Hall (except for Large events.)

Complete hall for a large event e.g. wedding (3 day period) £750
The Trustees have recently reviewed the rental charges for Monikie Memorial Hall which have not risen for many years.
THESE RATES APPLY FOR BOOKINGS FROM 1ST SEPTEMBER 2022
LARGE EVENT – for example, a wedding using all of the hall and grounds, requiring three days (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)
RENTAL: Complete hall for Friday, Saturday and Sunday until 4 pm: £750
SINGLE EVENT – Use part of or all of the hall for a single event for two hours minimum.
RENTAL PER HOUR: Main hall + kitchen: £22 Irving Room: £15 Irving Room + kitchen: £17 Complete hall: £30
REGULAR USER – Use part of or all of the hall weekly or fortnightly. One hour minimum booking considered.
RENTAL PER HOUR: Main hall + kitchen: £15 Irving Room: £10 Irving Room + kitchen: £12 Complete hall: £20
OCCASIONAL USER – Use part of or all of the hall irregularly from 6 to 12 times a year, for a minimum two hour booking.
RENTAL PER HOUR: Main hall + kitchen: £20 Irving Room: £10 Irving Room + kitchen: £15 Complete hall: £25

The main hall, which can accommodate up to 180 persons seated and 160 seated at tables, is well suited for dances and concerts with a good-sized fully curtained stage, with anti-room at each side and a run-through behind.
The anti-rooms also exit to the corridors on each side of the main hall to the Front Hall, Irving Room, kitchen and toilets.
The Irving Room is an excellent size for smaller functions and meetings and is regularly used in conjunction with the Main Hall as a buffet or bar area. It is newly redecorated and pleasantly furnished with comfortable seating and enough light-weight tables to meet most uses. The views of the surrounding countryside and the Firth of Tay are extensive.
The kitchen is large enough to cater for most functions with a large gas cooker, dishwasher, fridge, water heater, two deep stainless steel sinks and ample crockery and utensils.
